Two Ways to Order:

1) Use our online shopping cart to place orders for the most popular invitations and stationery products.

This method is great if you have a simple order, or know exactly what you want. To place your order online, start by choosing the design you want to use, and then use the drop-down boxes to indicate size, font style, ink color, envelope choices and more.

Use the "QTY" box to indicate how many of each item you wish to order. (Be sure to pay particular attention to items that are sold by the sheet - if you want one sheet of 30 address labels, order "1" not "30")

*Use the "Comments" box, (accessed during the LAST PAGE of checkout), to provide your text and detailed instructions for your order.*

Not all products can be ordered using the online cart, and we have simplified the choices available for each design. More complicated orders - products not available online, custom ink colors, rush delivery - should be placed by phone. Don't hesitate to call us if you need assistance or have a question.

We prefer invitation orders to be placed using a credit card. If PayPal is chosen, then we will invoice you for 25% (non-refundable deposit) of your order before emailing proof. Please call with any questions.

When you call to place your order, please be prepared to provide:

• Design name
• Size and orientation
• Font and ink color

How to design your Disney Invitation or Social Stationery

1. Everything starts with the design!
   There are two major collections, Disney Designs and Disney Elements. The description page for each design will provide important information for creating invitations and social stationary with that artwork.
   
   
2. Pick a format and size.
   Although the sample pictures show a 5x7 invitation, there are 24 paper forms and sizes available. Notice that some items can only be made with Disney Elements artwork. Not all items can be ordered online - please call us to place your order for items not listed.
   
   
3. Get oriented.
   The description pages explain what products and orientations are available for each design. For designs or items where two or three orientations are available, it is usually best to let the amount of text determine the orientation for the image. If you order online, we will use the orientation shown on the sample unless you specifically request otherwise.
   
   
4. Write your text.
   The sample cards have hundreds of examples of formal and casual wording, or let us help you! If you are ordering place cards, or want return or delivery addresses on your envelopes, you'll need to prepare a list of names and/or addresses.
   
   
5. Pick a font.
   48 fonts are available to help set the tone for your event. From Elegant to Festive, Uptown to Western, we have a perfect font. The fonts can be seen here. If you order online, you can also ask us to use the same font shown in the sample.
   
   
6. Pick an ink color.
   For each design, three suggested colors are shown on the sample card. These colors perfectly match the artwork, and were selected by the artists as the best colors for that design. If you are ordering online, indicate which of those three colors - #1, #2 or #3 - you wish to use. If you require a different ink color, please call us for assistance. 2028 ink colors are available - we can match almost anything.
   
   
7. Repeat as necessary for additional items.
   Coordinating patterns let you design matching invitations, response cards, thank you notes and more.
   
   
8. Call us to place your order, or use our shopping cart to order online.

(Items and services in BOLD can be ordered online. All other items and services should be ordered by phone)

We have no minimum $ order, though some items must be ordered in mulptiples of 2 or more. (See Minimum Qty. column below) A set up fee of $8 per design will be added to your order after check out on all orders with quantities under 15 units. Due to the limitations of our online shopping cart, this fee is not reflected in your checkout total, but will be added when your order is processed. This set up fee includes one electronic proof and one revision. Orders are considered final when placed - a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the order, plus all set up and proof fees, will be charged if you cancel your order after a proof has been sent to you.

If you aren't certain about an item, you can order a personalized sample for $10. We will personalize a full-color sample and mail it to you so you can examine the product in person. We will waive the set up fee if you choose to order additional quantities of the same item within 30 days. (Please note that samples are marked as "proofs," and can not be scanned, copied or otherwise reproduced). Samples can not be ordered online - please call to place your order.

Online Ordering Assistance

• Q: "Why are all of the designs listed as zero price?"
• A: This is simply the way our shopping cart works. When you pick the size and format you want, you'll see the price for each unit listed as an "add" price. For instance, 6" x 9" invitations have an "add" price of $1.85.
  
  
• Q: "What color is Ecru, and when would I choose it?"
• A: Ecru is off-white, and looks great with designs that have an off-white background, like the Classic Pooh invitations.
  
  
• Q: "Why do I have to pick an envelope color if I order something (like a Candy Bar Wapper) that doesn't come with an envelope?"
• A: Again, our system is fussy, and can't tell if something gets an envelope or not. Pick any color and make the computer happy.
  
  
• Q: "When should I place my order by phone?"
• A: Call us:
  • if you want something that is not available online
  • if you have a complicated order with lots of inserts
  • if you want us to address your envelopes or mail your invitations
  • if you want to use multiple colors or fonts on your invitation
  • anytime you just need a little help.
    

Proofs

• Proofs are generally available 1 business day after you place your order.
• Electronic proofs are sent to you via fax (black and white) or e-mail (sent as an image file).
• Printed color proofs / samples are available by mail at an additional charge.
• The first electronic proof and one revision are free, additional proofs are available at an additional charge.
• One revision is allowed per item - further revisions will incur an additional proof fee.

• Orders will be scheduled for printing once the final proof (if any) is approved.
• Depending on the size of the order, orders can take up to 10 days to be shipped.
• Please allow ample time for printing and assembly of your order, and make sure to let us know of any deadlines you may have.

• Orders within the Continental U.S. are shipped via insured UPS Ground, unless another carrier is requested.
• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes are shipped via insured Priority Mail/
• Shipping for orders under $100 (Continental U.S.) or $125 (Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes) is $8 per order
• Shipping for orders over $100 (Continental U.S.) or $125 (Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes) is free
• Express and International shipping are also available - please contact us for shipping quote
