CharmingShoppe offers customers the ability to reserve new merchandise by placing a pre-order. We do not require a deposit for most pre-orders*. Your order will be charged to your credit card when the item is shipped. If you have ordered a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, your card will be charged as each group of items is shipped. We reserve the right to hold the in-stock portion of any order, and ship the entire order when the pre-order items become available. If we do so, we will contact you to let you know the status of your order.

Each pre-order item is listed with an expected in-stock date. This date is an estimate, based on current vendor information, and is beyond our control. If a pre-order item is delayed more than 14 days from the estimated in-stock date, we will generally contact you to let you know the status of your order.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please send an e-mail to orders@charmingshoppe.com. In your email, please include your name, address, order number, and the items you wish to cancel.

Please understand that pre-orders are offered for the convenience of all of our customers, and that pre-ordering an item may mean that another customer can not order it. If you are not certain that you will want the item when it is available, please allow another customer the chance to order it. If a customer repeatedly places and cancels pre-orders, we reserve the right to require a deposit for future pre-orders.

* CharmingShoppe may require a deposit for special order pre-orders, and merchandise ordered in advance of a signing or other special event.
