CharmingShoppe's annual Charming Tails collector event will feature none other than Charming Tails creator Dean Griff himself, here for his second signing event at our store. Dean will be here to meet collectors, show off new releases and sign your in-store purchases.

This special event will be held at our store in Orange, California, during the city's annual International Street Fair. This popular event draws thousands of visitors to sample international food, beer and wine from themed booths lining Chapman and Glassell streets. You can also browse dozens of craft booths, meet local artists and enjoy live entertainment. Plan to spend the day!

If you can't join us in person, we invite you to participate in an online Virtual Signing Event! Log in during the event to view live photos from the event, take a sneak peek at upcoming releases, and chat LIVE with Dean Griff! Dean will also sign your CharmingShoppe.com purchases! This virtual event is unlike anything you've ever seen.

You can reserve your Charming Tails piece(s) NOW in advance of the signing event by placing your order online. Pre-ordering offers you the best selection of available product, guarantees you a spot in the signing line and will save you time at the event. Your order will be bagged and ready to go when you arrive, or will be signed and ready to ship as soon as the event is over!

• You may order any combination of regular-price merchandise, including in-stock, new arrivals, pre-order and special edition Charming Tails pieces. Sale and clearance merchandise is not included in this offer, and will not be signed.
• Please use the "Comments" or "Remarks" box during the checkout process to indicate that you want us to hold your order for the signing event, and whether you will be picking your order up at the store (choose "Will Call" shipping) or wish to have your order shipped after the event.
• Important: If you do not include this information when you place your order, your order will be shipped UNSIGNED as soon as your merchandise is in stock.
• A non-refundable 25% deposit will charged on all signing event pre-orders to reserve your merchandise. This fee will be charged only once your merchandise is in stock. This is change from our normal pre-order policy, and by placing a signing event pre-order you agree to this charge.
• Please make sure that the credit card you provide has an expiration date sometime after 10/2008. We can not accept PayPal for signing event pre-orders.
• If you need to ADD merchandise to your signing event pre-order, please call us or send an e-mail to orders@charmingshoppe.com. To help us simplify our records and provide the best service, please do not place a new order online.
• You may cancel your pre-order anytime on or before August 27th, 2008. Refunds (less the 25% deposit) will be issued to the credit card used to place the original order - no cash or check refunds will be issued.
• Signing event pre-orders can not be cancelled ON or AFTER August 28, 2008, and signing event merchandise can not be returned.
• If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please send an e-mail to orders@charmingshoppe.com. In your email, please include your name, address, order number, and the items you wish to cancel.
• We reserve the right to end this pre-order offer at any time if the volume of orders exceeds the time available from the artist to sign merchandise, so place your order early to reserve your signing event spot!
• Signing event merchandise will be shipped to customers starting Tuesday, September 2, 2008. (Remember, that Monday is Labor Day) Unclaimed "will call" merchandise will be shipped to customers at their expense.

Remember: You do not need to attend the event in person to order signed Charming Tails pieces!
